The wedge is great, super comfortable and seems to be of quite good quality. I will try it for a few days and will provide another review. So far these first two days I have slept very well.

The pillow is amazing. The foam is soft enough to be comfortable, but firm enough not to sink too much when leaning on it or lying on it. The dimensions match the description. I could not expect better: it fullfill all my needs
It is send under vaccum plastic, it inflates when you open it, but stay very firm when the upper body lays on it.
The protective sheet is also very nice. It does not look cheap. And it allows to wash it in machine if needed
