HOW TO USE
Setting Up The Bedsheet
1.Place the sheet on the bed.
2. Insert one end of the Earthing cord into the ground port (third hole)
of a properly grounded wall outlet or connect to cord of an Earthing
ground rod placed in the Earth outside.
Snap the other end of Earthing cord onto the receptor tab on the sheet.
3. When you lie down any bare skin contact will transfer the Earth̢۪s energy to your body once you connect the sheet.
How To Wash and Care For Your Earthing Sheet
Do’s
Wash a minimum of 2x per month or weekly
Wash in a washing machine or better hands washing.
Wash with warm water, approximately 105 degrees Fahrenheit (40 celsius).
Dry in a dryer on low or line dry
Dont’s
Don̢۪t wash with bleach or fabric softeners
Don̢۪t use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents OR detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil
Don̢۪t use dryer sheet fabric softeners
Don’t apply lotions or body oils before bed

Very good product. You need to modify the plug, but that’s not a problem. It does the job. I’ve already bought 3 of them. They work and help. Super.

The silver thread is vowen in small squares, not like others in rectangles which should means more silver thread in the bedsheet. I would say it is working, i have less back pain in the morning, better sleep. During holidays i share the bed with my kid and she’s falling asleep faster than usual. Also the little bracelet was a nice surprise, i use it when i work on a computer.

After testing it with a multimeter, i found it works perfectly. Since using it, my sleep has been deep and uninterrupted. I no longer wake up during the night. I’ve also noticed a significant reduction in body aches. Earthing has truly made a positive difference for me.

Used a universal conductive rubber mat and slept better when sleeping on the mat. It was wearing out so I bought this silver thread blanket. I have already installed it on the grounding rod and will monitor its performance over time. But I only realized it when I laid on it. The anesthetic action is anti-inflammatory

Very quick delivery. I ordered a grey bedsheet and got a white one, but it’s ok; i won’t deduct stars because of that. I have been sleeping on it for a whole month now and i have to say that i noticed a bit of tingling and a kind of energy flow in like half a minute. Nice feeling.
