So this is my advice: the product works amazing my hair was so damaged frizz sponge and dry cuz the bleach i decided ti do, and now is just beautiful after i wash it but i have a rutine:
Shampoo 2 or 3 times (apply it only on the head never on tips) use a cone to brush your hair and where stuck don’t force it use conditioner then the cone wash it after 5 minutes, use a hair mask and the cone then wash it 5 minutes only no more, wash it good use the cone dry with a towel not apply your regular brush cream idk fruits pantene, brush with the cone, now you will seal all this work with this cream a little bit from top and ends use your cone, now cold dryer finish with a bit of warm then straighter if you want. On my picture i did not use any straighter or dryer is amazing.
