Very well made first aid kit for any go bag or medical kit. Comes with everything in the picture and everything is sealed and neatly packed in the bag. Water bottle is for size comparison so you know you are getting a nice sized bag. It has a strap that can be tethered to any bag and has attachments to add on to any type of gear that has molly holes. The front comes with a nice velcro area to place your patches and comes with a nice medical cross patch in addition. The front also has molly holes to attach smaller items to it. Definitely a great purchase and it came faster than expected.
