Material absolutely identical to the MD2 except for the red clips. Solid and durable. We can easily put 2 cartridges with the adjustable elastic strap and inside the decompression needle. This is not a medical kit! It’s only hemostatic! This is to stop bleeding and decompress a tension pneumothorax. The equipment is not included but everything is available on . This is the original Israeli Army IFAK. With ingenuity, we can transform it into a medical kit, which will require plastic boxes adapted to the pouches.

Very compact kit, practical, it comes in a serious package, not a “no brand” transparent one, suitable as shown in the video both for duty belt and molle webbing. bear in mind that it’s supposed to be a personal ifak/ trauma kit, so it doesn’t have much space inside, but everything needed for a real emergency will fit in. you can use it as a boo boo kit ( plasters) but it would be wasted for that purpose.

This actually came out good except it’s over stitched a little bit so my medical sheers don’t fit out the box. gonna have to make the slit a smidghe wider, like dime thickness
