Due to customs clearance issues, the delivery was continuously delayed and on hold. Upon checking, I found out that the buyer needs to pay customs duties. The amount was more than 25% of the product value. So, I canceled the order and requested a refund to purchase another item. Although it was a bit late, the refund was processed. Now I’m going to buy another item. Thank you for Ali’s consumer protection.

This is a nice product, looks good. Installing it is a bit difficult for me, but that’s okay. I’m 78 years old, so I’m not very handy here.
