The product is simple but with a very functional design. I followed the video tip of pouring some water into the base and into the groove around the brazier: it worked well at preventing overheating and to catch dripping fats from the plate. I tried the grill insert but i think it’s best suited for outdoor use only. The plate non-stick coating is very good. To prevent smoke indoors prepare the charcoal outdoors with a bbq charcoal furnace until it’s red glowing hot, pour it into the brazier and then carefully bring it indoors with the handle and slide it into the table bbq. I realized that once the plate it’s hot you can almost close the vents to get a steady heat that lasts a long time. The product does not come with a holding structure so you’ll need to put it on some insulating material if your table could be damaged by heat. The shipping box was ok but it could have been better.
