The air dry clay is not squishy when dry, but it becomes super light like foam. It is not waterproof and will soften if soaked.

Your freshly made ifergoo clay creation needs 24–48 hours to air dry naturally. No baking required. It will shrink about 10% in volume after drying and will not crack.

How long can the finished air dry clay work be preserved?

Proper storage keeps clay items for about 3 years. Applying a protective coating like varnish can extend their lifespan.
